Your primary job will be to help recruit and onboard new team members, establish and expand our company culture, and coach and assist our team in becoming the best they can be in their pursuit of excellence.

Instead, it’s a chance to be personally involved in developing a vibrant company culture as you recruit, coach, and help to develop our “dream team.” Sure, you will onboard new teammates, maintain employment records, facilitate performance reviews, and establish compensation packages — but more importantly, you will act as the cornerstone to growing an exciting company culture as you take on the role of our Team Captain.

Because you will also be our team’s lead career coach and conflict resolution specialist, you’ll also want to have great counseling skills. Finally, as our lead point of contact for new teammates, it’ll help greatly if you enjoy networking and connecting with new people.
